How to use this Ice Pack?

1. Place heated or cold gel packs in the pockets of the brace. There are two front pockets and one rear pocket.
2. Completely straighten the leg.
3. Slide the knee brace over the knee.
4. Secure straps in place, starting with the middle strap and then securing the upper and lower straps.

Washing Instructions

1. Remove gel packs before washing.
2. Machine wash in cold water with like colors.
3. Hang to dry.

How to Cool Knee Ice Pack?

1. Place the gel pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Remove the gel pack from the freezer and place it in a knee brace before applying.
3. Apply the knee brace to the affected area.
4. Never apply cold therapy longer than 15-20 minutes at a time.

How to Heat Ice Pack for Knee in a Microwave?

1. Place the gel pack on a paper towel in the microwave.
2. Heat at full power for 45-60 seconds.
3. Reheat at 10-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
4. Place in a knee brace and apply to the affected area.
5. Do not apply hot therapy longer than 15-20 minutes at a time.

Note: Gel pack must be at room temperature before heating in the microwave

How to heat Ice Pack Wrap on a Stove Top?

1. Bring 3 quarts (3.5 liters) of water to a boil.
2. Remove water from the heat source. Note: Never immerse the gel pack while water is being heated.
3. Immerse the gel pack in hot water for 2.5 - 3 minutes.
4. Place in a knee brace and apply to the affected area.
5. Do not apply hot therapy longer than 15-20 minutes at a time.
