How to use Spenco Orthotic Arch Support Insoles?

• Remove your current insoles from your shoes.
• Place the Spenco Orthotic Arch Support Insoles into your shoes with the fabric side facing up.
• Align the insoles so that the heel of the insole lines up with the heel of your shoe.
• If necessary, trim the insoles to fit your shoe size. Spenco insoles come in a range of sizes, so be sure to select the size that matches your shoe size.
• Put on your shoes and adjust the laces or straps as necessary for a comfortable fit.
• Wear your shoes with the Spenco Orthotic Arch Support Insoles for a few hours at a time initially, gradually increasing the duration of wear over several days.
• If you experience any discomfort, remove the insoles and allow your feet to rest before trying them again.
• Replace the insoles as needed, usually every 6 to 12 months depending on usage.
