Instructions for Use

• Make sure that the skin is free from any open wounds.
• Select the appropriate size for the heel or elbow protector.
• Slip the Heel and Elbow Protector over the foot or arm and position the contoured pad on the area to be cushioned.
• The protector should fit snugly on the limb.
• If it appears to be too tight or too loose, choose the next appropriate size to ensure patient comfort.
• If unusual swelling, skin discoloration, or discomfort occurs, use should be discontinued and a healthcare professional consulted.
• Be careful that the protector is not so tight that it interferes with circulation.

Caring Instruction

• If the protector has hook-and-loop fasteners, close them before washing.
• Hand wash in warm water and mild soap.
• Rinse thoroughly. Do not wring.
• Dry at room temperature.
