Instructions For Use:

• Make sure that the skin is free from any open wounds.
• Select appropriate size for heel or elbow.
• Slip Heel and Elbow Protector over foot or arm and position contoured pad on the area to be cushioned.
• The protector should fit snugly on the limb. If it appears to be too tight or too loose, choose the next appropriate size to ensure patient comfort.

Cleaning:

• Remove viscoelastic gel pad from pouch prior to laundering.
• Machine wash at temperature below 180 degree F.
• Do not use chlorine bleach.
• Turn item inside-out for more efficient drying.
• Replace gel pad after drying.
