How to wear N95 Particulate Filter Respirator and Surgical Mask?

• Insert fingers to form respirator into a cup shape.
• Hold the respirator upside-down to reveal the two headbands.
• Separate the headbands with your index fingers and thumbs.
• Pull the headbands over your head.
• Position the lower headband over the base of your head and release it with your thumbs.
• Position the top headband on the crown of your head.
