Plastic Handle Swivel Utensils For Independent Eating

I ordered these for my elderly father who has early stages of Parkinson's. He says they do not work at all. I know they are much less expensive than others on the market, but had hoped it would help him somewhat. Don't waste your money like I did.

Product is fine. Exactly what I expected. Ordering process was like having my teeth pulled. 5 unsuccessful attempts with Paypal. Noted there was no "guest" check out so I opened and account thinking that might be the problem. After another 2 unsuccessful attempts, Customer Service told me must be problem with my Paypal account. No, it was not a problem with my Paypal account. Then they told me to close my browser and try again. That did not help. I finally gave up and used my debit card - twice! It wasn't accepted. I then used my credit card which I try to avoid using because of what I consider outlandish interest rates. I input my number and double checked it. Then put in expiration date and CVC. tried to submit it and my credit card number magically disappeared from the form and of course the transaction did not go through. I entered the info again and it finally succeeded. Of course, whether it would ever really succeed was anyone's guess at this point, but I did get a confirmation after a few minutes and the product did come in the mail a few days later. Took maybe a day longer than it should have, but Honestly, I was glad the ordeal was over to tell you the truth. I will NEVER do business with these people again. It was like I had to force them to take my money. It's the worse experience I've ever had trying to order something over the internet!! Worse ever!!!

The spoon that was ordered was a tablespoon. This is the only size available, which is too bad, because most of our individuals do not have that large of a hand.

Never washed the product in the dishwasher, but it was rusted and the head broke off the spoon within a week! Such a disappointment because the spoon did work to help my client with tremors eat her soup.
