Philips FRx SMART Pads II Defibrillator Electrode Pad includes a defibrillation electrodes pad. It comes in a plastic case that slides into the FRx carry case's semi-rigid compartment. One-time use, disposable SMART Pads II are available. The cost of needing to buy various pad sets for various patient types is eliminated. These pre-connected pads come in a semi-rigid pads box for extra protection, and they have a HeartStart compatible plug for simple hand-off to Philips ALS defibrillators and other defibrillators.
