Omega Black Thermoplastic 3.2mm Splinting Material is recommended for larger areas, i.e. spasticity splints, lower extremity positioning splints, back supports and for serial static splinting. It sets up in three to four minutes at 160° F (71°C). It sets up quickly, saving time when splinting frightened or non-compliant patients. The traditional coating prevents sticking to bandages or accidental bonding. It creates strong, polished splints in less time.
