How to use Chattanooga Ice Pack?

  1. Store the cold therapy pack in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour prior to use.
  2. Wrap the pack in a fabric cover before applying it to the treatment area.
  3. The pack will maintain a therapeutic temperature for 30 minutes.
  4. Discard the pack if a leak develops.
