Meridian Universal Safe-T-Guard Mattress Cover fits snug with three quick-release straps (positioned top, bottom, and middle) that connect underneath the mattress. The quilted top is water resistant and has a covered foam border that rises approximately four inches above the mattress surface and is sloped inward to reduce the risk of rollouts. This cover reduces the risk of falls and entrapment. It fits all standard-size hospital mattresses as well as standard eight-inch alternating air mattresses.
