Medline Wheelchair Leg Rests

After validating with HPFY that the leg rest I was ordering would fit my wheelchair, they arrived and did not fit at all. Customer service could not find the email that confirmed the fit, and tried to deny responsibility until they found the email, and even then they blamed the problem on me. Speaking to a manager was equally unhelpful, and I had to badger him into allowing me to return the product and get a refund. When the refund info arrived, it came with a $14 charge for shipping and a 20% restocking charge essentially wiping out 40% of what I paid. I've decided to donate the leg rests to an agency who can find them a new home on someone else's wheelchair, and to write HPFY a bad review - so much more satisfying!
