• Position patients on their sides. Remove the center release liner. Fold the dressing in half, and anchor the dressing in the gluteal fold.
• Remove the release liner from the upper side of the dressing smooth it upward away from the bed and repeat on the other side.
• Gently secure the dressing to the skin.
