How to use OneTouch Verio Strips?
- Insert the OneTouch Verio test strip into the test strip port with the gold side of the test strip and the two silver prongs facing towards you

What is the best way to keep these strips?
- Keep test strips in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 30°C. The meter and test strips should be about the same temperature before you test
