Medtronic Covidien Telfa Ouchless Adhesive Dressing is filled up with highly absorbent 100% cotton fabric that is bonded on both sides with perforated non-adherent film. Its unique mylar film does not disrupt healing tissue by sticking to the wound. Telfa Ouchless is designed for light-draining wounds such as surgical sites, skin tears or lightly draining wounds.

These a ok telfa pads, but they are not Covidien Telfa Ouchless Adhesive Dressing. Covidien went out of business during covid. People keep using the photo but is a different pad.
