How to Assemble Karman Healthcare Tri Walker Three-Wheel Foldable Rollator?

• To set up the walker, unfold as much as possible. Then completely unfold by pushing down the metal joint w/ plastic connector separating the two sides of the frame. (See fig. #1).
• Remove height adjustment screws from handles.

• You will have two grey plastic pieces with two holes (1x ¾” and 1x ¼”) which would fit as shown on (fig. #2).
• Slide handles into frame and insert height adjustable screws firmly to a desired height. Make sure the bolt end fits with the frame’s hole (Hexagon)

• Check both brakes by pushing down on the handles firmly, the brakes should lock. Check if the brakes are stopping to your liking and if not twist bolt in(fig. #3) clockwise.
• Slide handles into frame and insert height adjustable screws firmly to a desired height. Make sure the bolt end fits with the frame’s hole (Hexagon).
• Check that all wheels are in good running condition (They do not stop suddenly) Check that all screws, nuts, and bolts are tightly fastened.

• To install pouch, secure by attaching the straps over the frame (figure #4). Do this on the left and right hand side of the Rollator. Finally place the grey tray provided in your Rollator box on-top of the basket already installed.
