How to use Cramer Self Sticking Tape?

• Wash the area to be taped with soap and water and towel dry.
• (Optional) Apply Cramer Tape Underwrap over the skin, being careful to keep underwrap smooth. Use Cramer Heel & Lace pads over blister-prone areas if needed.
• Apply Cramer Athletic Tape to the area. Wrap it securely, keeping the tape smooth, avoiding wrinkles.
• Remove tape immediately after use to avoid skin irritation. Use bandage scissors or tape cutters to cut tape.
• Wash area with soap and water.

Caution:

Skin irritation or blisters may occur on area of application due to friction while using and removing tape.
