Instructions to Use Hely & Weber Clavicle Support

• Application:
  - Position the D-ring pad in the center of the back. Placestraps over each shoulder.
  - Secure the brace on the unaffected side first. Slide the strapthrough the buckle. Repeat for the affected side.
  - Adjust the affected side until the shoulders are in normalanatomical position.
  - Provide the final tension by simultaneous strap adjustment.
  - Patient should be in a resting position with the shoulders back.
• Care:
  - Hand wash using mild soap.
  - Rinse thoroughly.
  - Air dry only.
  - Do not tumble dry.
• Warning:
  - Device will not prevent or eliminate risk of injury.
  - Do not over tighten.
  - If swelling, pain, skin irritation, or an unusual reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult medical professional.
