Graham Field Simmons 300 Raised Firm Side Bolsters are Low acuity mattress ¬ first line of defense against pressure ulcers for at-risk¬ patients. It Provides pressure reduction and redistribution and has Firm side perimeter construction with optional 3" raised perimeter bolsters (RB) featuring ingress-egress cutout. The Three-Layer Construction is with comfort heel section. Flat-Foam top surface provides comfort and pressure reduction. It has fluid-resistant, low friction, anti-microbial top cover with vinyl bottom cover and full zipper. Meets 16 CFR 1633 requirements. Is Designed to meet the requirements of HCPCS Code E0184. Bolsters have 300 lb maximum weight capacity that is evenly distributed.
