- PVC back section with mesh vinyl backrest sling
- Partially assembled walker frame, outriggers, adjustable seat and gate
- 4 caster wheels (2 braking and 2 non-braking)
- 4 safety wire lock pins, pins are to secure the adjustable height section
- Adjustable safety belt to help prevent injuries
- 14 each ½" stainless steel screws (2 each for the back section, 4 each for the caster section, 8 each for the out-riggers)
- 6 each 1" stainless steel screws (4 each for the adjustable arm section, 2 each for the swing gate)
