How to use Prevail Bladder Control Pads?

• Start by washing your hands with soap and water, and then unwrap the pad from its packaging.
• Remove the adhesive backing from the pad, and then place the pad on your underwear with the adhesive side facing down. Make sure that the pad is centered and positioned correctly in your underwear.
• If necessary, adjust the pad to ensure a comfortable fit. The pad should be positioned so that it covers your entire underwear area and fits snugly against your body.
• Once you have the pad positioned correctly, press down on the adhesive backing to secure it in place.
• Dispose of the used pad in a trash can, and then wash your hands again with soap and water.
• If you need to change the pad, simply remove the used pad and replace it with a fresh one, following the same steps as above.
• It is recommended that you change your pad every 4-6 hours, or as needed depending on your level of bladder leakage.
