How to Use Donjoy Isoform Back Brace?
To Remove the LSO+ Brace
- First, loosen it by detaching the pull tab from the loop exterior
- Then unhook the donning mitt from the loop exterior and take off the brace
To Re-Apply the LSO+ Brace
Step 1. Loosen the Brace
- Loosen the brace by detaching the pull tabs from the loop exterior
- Pull the belt wings in opposite directions
Step 2. Position the Brace
- Center the belt's rear section at the lower back's midline so the belt is just above the crease of the buttocks
Note: The brace is intended to be worn over clothing
Step 3. Secure the Brace
- Secure the hook portion of the donning mitt to the loop exterior
- Before tightening the brace, ensure the rear panel section is positioned evenly on both sides
- To tighten the brace, slip your thumbs through the holes in the pull tabs and pull the tabs away from your body
- Secure the pull tabs to the loop exterior
- Adjust the compression as needed
Use & Care Instructions:
- Before cleaning, open the rear panel pouch and detach the waist belt
- Remove the rigid rear panel from the pouch
- To detach the pull tab section, detach the rear panel section by unlooping the waist belt from the lacing guide panel
- Follow the reverse steps to put the brace back together after washing
- Hand washes in cold water, less than 86°F (30°C), using a mild soap
- Air dry
NOTE: If not rinsed thoroughly, residual soap may irritate and deteriorate the material
