How to Use Donjoy Dura Soft Ice Pack?

• Wrap may be hand washed and air dried. Gel inserts may be cleaned with water, a moist towel, or a sponge
• For cold therapy, leave the gel inserts in the freezer until required
• Provide proper insulation if the gel inserts are removed from the freezer more than 1 hour before use
• For heat therapy, store gel inserts in the re-sealable bag until needed
