I placed the order expecting to receive my shipment within a week. I have ordered from HPFY many times without any issues but instead of my bed rails I received emails about shipping delays. Its been almost a month & I still haven't received my order or the refund I requested more than a week ago. I did not realize the product would be shipped through a 3rd party.
