How to assemble Drive Deluxe Knock Down Aluminum Bath Seat?

1. Remove contents from carton.
2. Place the leg section marked with a “B” into the groove of the bottom of the seat marked “B”. Place the leg section marked with an “A” on top of the “B” tube and into the groove of the seat marked “A”. Insert the shorter thumb screw through the middle hole but do not fully tighten the screw.
3. Assemble the backrest by taking the “L” shaped backrest supports and securing them to the backrest using the shorter thumb screws.
4. Attach backrest to the seat by aligning holes on “L” shaped frame supports with the holes on the leg section. Secure the legs of the frame marked “B” in place by using the longer thumbs screws by making sure to pay attention to the “rear” of the seat marked on the bottom.
   Note: Seat depth can be adjusted by choosing 1 of the 2 holes on the frame support.
5. Secure the legs of the frame marked “A” in place with the remaining 2 longer thumb screws.
6. Fully tighten the middle shorter middle screw and 2 screws in the B frame and check to ensure all screws are fully tightened.
7. Insert legs into leg frame by depressing push pins, sliding legs over the receptacle, and setting to the desired height. Make sure all the legs are set to the same height.

Safety Precautions while using Drive Bath Chair

• Ensure all screws, nuts, and bolts are tightened.
• Check the rubber tips on the leg extensions for rips, wear, or if they are missing. Immediately replace any or all if any of these imperfections exist.
• All four leg extensions with rubber tips must touch the floor simultaneously at all times.
• Do not stand on a chair.
