My ortho doc prescribed for me as a pre-op/post-op knee stabilizer. The tech who fitted it told me no one could keep it in place. After one day of use I had to agree. I tried to no avail to keep it from slipping down and rubbing against my ankle bone, and decided there was no way I could make this work for me. Back to the drawing board guys, you can do better.

My velcro straps frayed and lost their securing ability after 3 weeks. Kept sliding down my leg regardless of how tight I made the straps. Had to add a non slip drawer liner under the foam to keep it from sliding. Charged my insurance company $800 and I had to pay $170 as coinsurance but sold here for $170. Terrible

- Dr. office fit it. Wore for 3 hours, pain in the hip. So, had to remove it._x000D_
- Read your instructions on how to remove so put it back without losing Dr settings. Then, removed it. Dr. office had told to remove only prior to bath. _x000D_
- So, after several hours, TRIED MANY times to put it back on......extremely difficult to wear it back. And, I am an engineer!! So, I managed but not same as in Dr. office. Also, same hip pain issue. So, kept it off._x000D_
- But, has to be way to design to put it back easily for any person.

This brace is a total nightmare because it is extremely top heavy it is impossible to prevent it from sliding down the leg. The constant sliding has caused severe bruising and pain to my leg and I had to be taking to ER. It overpriced and very poorly designed.
