Donjoy Drytex Knee Brace is designed for mild to moderate medial-lateral control. The Drytex material is an alternative to Neoprene and constructed of a unique nylon core and polyester Lycra fabric that allows for improved airflow. This fabric provides compression and support, yet allows for breathability. It is ideal for patients who have allergies or irritations to Neoprene or live in warm weather climates.

Cleaning Instructions of DonJoy Drytex Hinged Knee Brace

  • The brace may be used in fresh or saltwater. Drain thoroughly and rinse with clean fresh water and then air dry
  • Hand-wash the sleeve in cold water with mild detergent after removing hinge bars and straps
  • To clean the hinge, apply a mild lubricant Teflon spray
  • Periodically, or check on the hinges and re-tighten if required
