XTEND 174 Procare Cervical Collar Instructions for Use
- Removal
1. Detach the hook-and-loop strap from one side of the collar and carefully remove XTEND 174 cervical collar
- Re-Application From Upright Position
2. While sitting or standing with your head in a neutral position, wrap XTEND 174 cervical collar around the neck
3. Apply hook-and-loop and then tighten straps alternately, one at a time, to an equal length on both sides until the product is centered comfortably. Make sure the front piece of the collar is inside the back piece.
Note: Collar application must be secure to ensure proper fit, maintain prescribed alignment, and prevent the chin from slipping inside. If the chin can slip inside the collar, it indicates that it is not snug enough.
