How to Use Patient Lift?

• Stand at the rear, holding the shifter and steering handles, then pull/push the shifter to release the lock pin.
• Swivel the shifter until the lock pin secures into the mounting hole.
• To raise the patient, close the control valve (handle parallel to pump) and pump the handle up and down.
• To lower the patient, open the control valve and adjust the valve to control descent speed.
• With the legs of the base open and locked, use the steering handle to push the patient lift into position.
• Lower the patient lift for easy attachment of the sling.
• Using the steering handle, push the lift under the bed, then raise the securely slung patient above the bed using the pump handle.
• Lastly, with assistance, carefully transfer the patient to a car or their designated location.

Cleaning Instructions

• Use a soft cloth dampened with water and mild detergent to clean the patient's lift.
• Non-abrasive cleaners are suitable for maintaining the lift's cleanliness.
