How to Use Coloplast Plus Male Intermittent Catheter ?

1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Position yourself for catheterization. Cleanse urethral opening.
3. Peel open beginning of pouch and fill with sterile water, (or as instructed by your physician).
4. Leave the Coloplast Self-Cath Plus Catheter for 5 seconds to activate the coating. Leaving it for longer will not harm the catheter.
5. Locate urethra and gently insert the catheter until urine begins to flow.
6. When urine stops, slowly begin to withdraw catheter until flow ceases.
7. Dispose of catheter.
8. Product is designed for single use only.
