Cardinal Health Three Layer Compression Bandage System to treat mixed etiology leg ulcers where full compression is not possible due to arterial damage. Conformable Bandage absorbs exudate and prepares and sculpts the leg for pressure application. Exudate is absorbed, and bony prominences are protected using the Absorbent Padding Bandage. The Self-Adherent Cohesive Bandage compresses the system and keeps it in place for one week. When the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) is between 0.6 and 0.8, this method is used.

What Does Three-Layer Compression Bandage System Include?

  • Roll 1 - Absorbent Padding Bandage (10cm x 3.5m unstretched)
  • Roll 2 - Conformable Bandage (10cm x 2.9m unstretched)
  • Roll 4 - Self-Adherent Cohesive Bandage (10cm x 2.5m unstretched)
