How to use Kwik Kold Cold Therapy Packs?

1. Squeeze: To activate, squeeze pack until inner pouch bursts
2. Shake: Shake pack well to mix contents after activation
3. Apply: Apply cold pack to the desired area. Approximate coldest temperature and therapeutic time duration of 33°F/0.5°C, 30 minutes. Leave area uncovered 1 hour before cold re-application.
4. Dispose: Dispose of the cold pack in a proper receptacle

• Store at room temperature (~75°F/24°C)
• Do not freeze or refrigerate
• Refrigeration prior to application may result in frostbite
• Do not use without adult
