• Fitting Instructions:
  - The Lace-Up Ankle Brace is designed to be worn over an athletic sock. Position heel in the hole at the rear and bottom of the brace. Lace the ankle brace and tie snuggly.
  - Wrap the inside (medial) strap across the top of the foot. Continue by wrapping the strap under the foot and heel. Secure the VELCRO hook to the VELCRO loop on the inside of the ankle. Pull strap tight to ensure proper performance.
  - Wrap the outside (lateral) strap across the top of the foot. Continue by wrapping the strap under the foot and heel. Secure the VELCRO hook to the VELCRO loop on the outside of the ankle
