Great item for the insertion of the catheter

We use these Bardia insertion kits on an ongoing basis and in the past have periodically found missing items in them but I have noticed missing items are becoming more and more common. The last 8 kits I have opened, 4 of the kits had missing items. 2 - had missing lubrication packs 1 - had a missing 10cc syringe and 1 - had a missing cleansing swab packet.

What I expected

For the past couple of months Bard has been shipping insertion trays with no swabs. They have a note on the outside of the tray that there are no swabs. They are not properly usable without sterile swabs. A product known to be incomplete never should have been sent to customers. I have had to waste literally hours trying to get this corrected, including getting a replacement shipment of two boxes (40 trays) which also had no swabs. A good product when complete, but both Bard and HPFY should not have done this. At a minimum they have severely inconvenienced customers, those not able to get proper replacements may have their urological health placed at risk. I hope Bard corrects this problem promptly and that both companies not ship and collect money for products they know to be defective.
