• CTO4 Multi-post Application:
  - Position Multi-Post collar and adjust height to obtain the best fit
• CTO 4 Posterior Application:
  - Position posterior assembly and collar back panel on patient.
  - To adjust the length push down on button.
  - On backside, with other hand, pry back to fully release.
  - Adjust strut up or down.
  - If necessary bend metal strut to account for kyphosis.
  NOTE: Confirm adjustment buttons are secure following any adjustment.
  - Log roll patient back onto their back.
  - Tighten both collar straps as detailed in Vista Multi-Post instructions.
  - Snap lumbar straps into vest and tighten as needed to achieve a snug, comfortable fit.
• NOTE: Maintain neutral alignment, and with proper support, log roll patient onto their side.
