• How to Apply:
  Pull knee support up over knee. Position until the kneecap is surrounded by the visco-gel insert. Support should fit snugly but not so tight it digs into skin.
• Care Instructions:
  - Hand wash in cold water with mild soap.
  - Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring).
  - Air dry away from heat.
  - Do not tumble dry.
  - Do not bleach.
