How to Apply Advanced Orthopaedics 10-Inch Lumbar Sacral Support

• Apply in a standing position. Unfasten all closures. Place the back of the support around back and upper buttocks area
• Pull the sides of the support around until it holds the upper buttocks snugly, secure the hook and loop closure on the support base
• Pull the double pull tension straps at the same time on both sides until snug and attach hook and loop closures
• Support should fit snug but not bind the groin area when sitting. Readjust if necessary

Care Instructions for Lumbar Sacral Support

• Fasten closures. Hand wash in cold water with mild soap
• Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring). Air dry away from heat.
• Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
