You sent me something other than what was pictured on your website. The columns are completely different inside. I called to see about getting what you have pictured, and your service rep was not understanding my issue and was arguing with me. I asked several times to speak to a supervisor and he refused to get one. He said he had to send my issue to another department, and they would contact me. I still have not heard back. At this point I would just like to have my money refunded, including shipping.
