ABC Velcro Front Compression Mastectomy Bra Style 119

This was given to me post surgery for lumpectomy and oncoplastic surgery. The Velcro is very stiff and uncomfortable and irritated my skin. The band curls up when sitting causing the bra to ride up. The sides were too high and pressed on the site where lymph nodes were removed and caused great pain.

I don't particularly care for the full velcro front closure. It is quite difficult to close well and quickly. The rest of the body fits well and wears comfortably. I may return them.

I ordered this product, and when I called to find out where it was, it still _x000D_ had not been been sent out six days after ordering it. I got it on a Saturday, tried to wear it for a few hours. I went by the size chart, but it didn't fit properly. The velcro front closure was rubbing my chest wall at the top, as it extended over the top. When I ran my finger over it, it was rough. Also, the "adjustable straps when adjusted, left raw velcro exposed, abrading my clothing. It also flipped up when sitting. My physical therapist suggested returning it. When I called, the man with whom I spoke was very rude to me, when he asked if I had kept the original packaging. I told him it came in an envelope that couldn't be reused, and as in a generic plastic bag, which I tore open and threw away. I told him I could return it in plastic and an envelope. He said, "so you wore it and you don't have the original packaging?" I said, "does this mean I won't get_x000D_ money back?" He was rude - " Did I say that, when did I say that?" Speaking to me as if I were a child. I decided just not to challenge him. _x000D_ Still don't know if I will get a refund.VERY displeased with it and the service.
