Remove the first portion of the blue paper delivery system by pulling tabs toward the dressing’s outer edge.
Mold the remainder of the dressing over the posterior aspect of the heel, overlapping dressing edges if necessary
Remove the remainder of the blue paper delivery system. Press to adhere dressing to skin
