How to apply 3M Electrodes?

1. Clean the skin with soap and water.
2. If required, remove hair from the skin if there is excessive hair.
3. Apply the electrode and move the finger around the outside of the label to activate the adhesive.

How to remove 3M Red Dot Electrodes?

1. Loosen one side by grasping the full width of the electrode and then gently remove it in the direction of the hair growth.
2. Keep the electrode close to the skin surface as possible while lifting and supporting the skin by placing another finger adjacent to that region.

How to care for Electrode Pads?

• The TENS pads may be used multiple times and last longer with proper care.
• The skin should be clean and free of dirt and oils before applying the electrodes.
• Clean the electrodes with a damp cloth after use to remove all dirt and debris from them.
• You can gently rub the pads with a toothbrush to make them sticky again.
• After the treatment session, preserve these electrode pads safely in a cool and dry place in a resealable bag.
• Stick the pads onto the plastic film available in the kit.

Things to remember while using Electrode Pads:

• Do not submerge them in water. Do not remove them by pulling the lead wires.
• Do not bend or fold them. After use, carefully place them back on the protective liner.
