Skil-Care Finger Contracture Cushion is designed to reduce between-the-fingers irritation, control hand contracture and prevent patients from digging fingernails into their palms. The individual finger loops reduce skin damage that results when fingers are rubbed together or forced together by contraction. The resilient sheepskin stuffing allows a mild form of hand exercise. The band present keeps the cushion from being dropped. It is soft, machine launderable and covered with perspiration absorbing fabric.
