They easily adjust to the pressure and shape, and allow air to flow freely through the underpad while remaining absorbent and waterproof. Prevail Air Permeable Underpads feature a soft, yet strong cloth-like top sheet with a flat seal around the pad. The thick non-skid backing stays in place while the extra thick absorbent pad provides superior comfort to the skin. They are designed for heavy or extended use.
