1. Open the Pro-Lite Wrap-Around with the circular strap at the bottom
2. With the knee slightly flexed, wrap the brace around the knee
3. The kneecap is located in the circular cut-out of the front of the brace
4. Secure the lower strap gently
5. Now please secure the upper strap
6. Adjust the knee support until the fit is snug and comfortable
